Do my co-workers need an account to collaborate with me?

Once you subscribe, as long as your teammates are in meetings with you (i.e you’re part of the cal invite), they’ll have full access to the meeting page and its content when they're logged in.

However, if your teammates wish to be running their own meetings on Do, for ones which you’re not a part of (or no one with a Do subscription is), then they’ll need a subscription in order to work on those.

Essentially, provided that someone in the meeting has a Do subscription, then everyone else is able to collaborate on that meeting - so they can benefit in those scenarios.
