What are some key tips for getting the most out of a meeting on Do?

  • Make an agenda beforehand and use the share feature within Do to send it to folks via email, inviting them to contribute

  • During the meeting have at least one person designated to take notes and mark items as followups (everyone can collaborate on the notes but a point person helps
  • ASAP after the meeting have the notes shared out so folks feel like they have a record of what happened and a reference of the followups
  • When you share the meeting encourage people to use the Goal feature within Do, so it’s clear what everyone wants from the meeting
