For Office365 users, store notes and followups as items in a SharePoint/OneDrive OneNote notebook. Would be really nice if the Followups became linked Outlook tasks inside the OneNote notebook.21 votes

First of all, good luck with this new great meetings platform.
Could you please display a "delete" button more visible in the menu bar from right-footer side? It took me some time to discover how I can delete a meeting I have created. I think you can trigger somehow the delete button from the Google Calander. I wouldn't want to load an entire new page for Google Calender just to perform a delete.
Have a great day or night, I don't know where you are! :)

It would be great if during the meeting when participants take responsiblity for an action, if they could get an email reminder about it. Just add a who's responsible field to the follow up and then set up an email automation to send them the reminder.41 votes
You can now tag individuals when composing follow-ups, outcomes, or any other notes – regardless of if they are present in the meeting or not.
The individual tagged will get an email notification, letting them know who mentioned them, and what they said, along with a link to the respective meeting page.
To make use of this feature, simply type ‘@’ when composing a note, and then start typing the individual’s name who you wish to mention.
If the participant is not part of the meeting, don’t worry – you can simply type in their email address instead of their name, and they will be notified.

I think that Do should add a way to delete or deactivate your account. Not having that functionality makes it feel less like a fully baked application and more like a hack.109 votes
There is the check box on each meeting at the moment to disable "Share Meeting Notes Automatically" but there should be an account wide option for this, so one doesn't have to uncheck this box for each and every meeting. I don't want to share my notes with anyone, unless I specify.19 votes
Just wanted to follow up here and let you know that the automatic meeting summaries being sent out has been reversed, so that option is unchecked by default now! No more unwanted emails.
We really appreciate your patience here — so sorry for the hassles before.

We know that many of you have meetings that occur daily and/or weekly, and we’ve come up with an easy way for you to access all these past (and upcoming) related meetings. This feature can be accessed by clicking on the icon in the top left of the meeting cover photo, which will bring up all your meetings, both past and present, related to that meeting, in the Hub. You’ll also be able to easily see a count of, and be able to view, the agenda items, followups, and outcomes from these meetings.
We’ve also introduced the Copy feature, which lets you copy agenda items, notes, followups, outcomes – anything – from one meeting to another.
