Desk.com

You can now create Do tasks right from Desk.com cases. 

To enable this integration your Desk.com administrator will have to do the following:
 
  1. Login to Desk.com as the Admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on the Integrations tab
  4. Click on Do.com
  5. Enable the Do.com integration and select Update

After the Desk.com administrator has taken the above steps an "Add Task" button will show up on every case for all Desk Agents. Please note that this integration is in beta.

As a Desk Agent,  click the "Add Task" button to do the following:
 
  1. Give your task a name (by default this is the name of the Desk ticket).
  2. File your task in a Do project. Make sure your project name matches a project in Do that you are part of. If no match is found, Do will create a standalone task that is not part of a project.
  3. Give your task a due date.
  4. Add a task description (by default the ticket Direct Case Link is added to the task description).


Note: The task created in Do is created by and assigned to the Agent that created the task from Desk.com
