Do Deals
We’re excited to announce the release of Do Deals, with CRM capabilities designed for small businesses and end-users. With no setup required, anyone can start using Deals to track and close sales. Deals in Do are unique since they, 1) work with tasks so you can spend more time selling and less time tracking, and 2) they work with the tools you already use like Google Apps and Facebook.
A progress bar lets you and your team know how far along each deal is. When you have moved on to the next stage, simply click the next segment of deal progress bar. You can also see who on your team is assigned a task to help close the deal. If there isn't one, you can create a task right there.
To edit or add deal stages, select the gear icon next to the group name in the left navigation menu, and select “Deal Stages.” A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to change the name of each stage, or add additional stages to the deal’s life-cycle. Alternatively, you can edit deal stages by selecting the gear icon that appears in the upper right corner of the Do Deals interface.

Getting Started
- Login to Do from your computer or tablet.
- Select “Deals” on the left side.
- Select the “Create Deal” button.
- Fill out the deal details. Most deals will include a name, amount and a contact you can attach.
- Now you can begin assigning tasks, and adding people, to help you close the deal.
Organizing Tasks in Deals
Just like in Do Projects, you can create sections to help organize your tasks and keep you on track. Just go to any task list in a Deal and begin creating sections. You can drag and drop tasks into sections as you like.Tracking Deals
